The king attempted to defend his dog, receiving bites from both the monkey and its mate. The animals were diseased, inducing infection which led to sepsis. He died three weeks later.
777 Ctrl-Alt-Deleted (a.k.a Computer Jacked) November 27, 1998 Austin, Texas An infamous computer hacker's hi-tech computer's computer breaks; when he goes to check it, he accidentally hits the on switch, which causes a pulley to hit his stomach, ripping out his intestines, which the pulley transitions to a fan-blade, which causes all of his intestines to be ripped out, and he dies of internal bleeding.
313 Reef-er Madness (a.k.a Open Waters) May 3, 2004 Great Barrier Reef, Australia Two women were stranded while scuba diving with a group of divers off Australia's Great Barrier Reef. The group's boat accidentally abandoned them owing to an incorrect head count taken by the dive boat crew. Their bodies were never recovered.
555 Stunt Doubled (a.k.a Highway to Hell) September 11, 2007 Little Rock, Arkansas A drunk man was killed almost instantly when he and a friend were struck by a pickup truck while lying flat on the yellow dividing line of a two-lane highway. They were copying a daredevil stunt from a movie they had just finished watching.
743 Gym-Nasty Sized (a.k.a Flipped Off) December 31, 1976 Olympia, Washington A man died after a diving accident. When he attempted a three-and-a-half reverse somersault in the tuck position from the ten meter platform, he smashed his head on the platform and was knocked unconscious. He died after being in a coma for a week.
658 Air Pressured (a.k.a Decompressed) April 6, 2002 Tulsa, Oklahoma A man died from the effects of uncontrolled decompression four months after an attempt to break the world record for the highest parachute jump. During his third attempt, his face mask came loose (or he possibly opened it by mistake), causing loss of air pressure and irreversible brain damage.
4 Rasputin-I zed January 16, 1900 London, England A man was reportedly poisoned while dining with a political enemy, shot in the head, shot three more times, bludgeoned, and then thrown into a frozen river after being castrated. When his body washed ashore, an autopsy showed the cause of death to be hypothermia.
