777 | Ctrl-Alt-Deleted (a.k.a Computer Jacked) | November 27, 1998 | Austin, Texas | An infamous computer hacker's hi-tech computer's computer breaks; when he goes to check it, he accidentally hits the on switch, which causes a pulley to hit his stomach, ripping out his intestines, which the pulley transitions to a fan-blade, which causes all of his intestines to be ripped out, and he dies of internal bleeding. |
